A question, a hiccup, an idea? The answer is probably right below — otherwise, write to us.
On your iPhone, only. Lynku has no account and no server: your cards, notes and settings never leave your phone without a deliberate action from you. All the details are in the Privacy Policy.
Yes, if iCloud backup (or a computer backup) is enabled on your iPhone: Lynku's data is included, like your other apps' data — Apple handles it. Note: deleting the app deletes its local data. An occasional CSV export is a good safety belt.
Settings → Data → Export all contacts (CSV) — or "Export a selection…" to choose. The file opens in the share sheet: AirDrop, Files, email…
Settings → Data → Import from iPhone: Lynku reads your contacts read-only and you choose which ones to import, card by card. You can also import a CSV file (same format as the export).
The subscription is handled by the App Store, not by Lynku: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lynku+. You can cancel there in two taps — you keep Lynku+ until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
With the "Restore purchases" button on the Lynku+ screen (coming with the App Store release): sign in with the same Apple account and your subscription is found automatically.
Settings → Language. By default Lynku follows your iPhone's language; you can force French, English, Spanish or Portuguese (Brazil).
From the app: Settings → Your feedback → 🐞 "Report a problem" or 💡 "Suggest an idea". Your message reaches us directly, with the useful technical details (shown before sending). Or simply by email: lynku.contact@gmail.com.
